Our patner for the sheared parts was born from the twenty years of experience that the founders have gained in many years of working in positions of responsibility in an important electromechanical company: from this experience was born the particular vocation for the production of components destined for their use on electric equipment.
With this company we propose ourselves as partners for the production of small metal sheared parts produced from strip of copper and its alloys, iron, steel and special alloys with particular reference to:
- Precision folded components
- Components with electro-welded silver & silver alloy contacts.
- Components with rivet contacts obtained by wire directly in the shearing tool
- Components with rivet contacts automaticlly assembled
- Components with automatic thread in the tool
All the items can be supplied with finishes such as deburring, blasting,
washing,heat treatment and galvanizing.
With its engineers, our associated is able to assist the customer during the design and execution of the tools and the production equipment and can also realize fully functional prototypes and small samplings.
An internal facility is also dedicated to the modifications, to the repair the tools, the construction of the assembly equipment and tools for the realization of prototypes.
